I used to do most of my writing about lifting on this page. I’ve moved all the good stuff over to Strengtheory.com because I wanted the focus to be on the information itself, and not on myself.
Now, this site functions as a repository for essentially anything I want to write about that I don’t think belongs on Strengtheory. That means more of my own thoughts and opinions about lifting (Strengtheory tends to be very research-oriented), probably some business-related stuff, occasional rants, and probably things that are completely off the wall. If you’re been following my content for a while, this will be a change of pace – not quite as boring, with more of a personal touch.
